Deja vu

When you get that feeling O I have done this before what do you?
I always try to do what i dont remember doing before as in telling some one that i have that feeling or not.
I am posting this because i just had that feeling a minute ago and didnt remember posting about it I remember changing what i was doing instead.( take that future?maybe)

Every once and a while I get that feeling. I don't find it scarey ... more confusing. I agree that a lot of my deja vu moments also come from my dreams but usually I can't place them. I do believe some people can sense things but I am definately not one of them. I think that for me deja vu is being in a similar place that reminds me of something before. There are lots of instances in life that people repeat often.

yeah...i always have a 'deja vu' feeling...whenever i have this feeling, i ponder as to what i had done...and then, i tend to change it somehow...
but i've watched a tv program which discussed this matter...there are to views regarding this...one is by a profession who doesn't believe in paranormal stuff...and he said that this happens when someone has done theat thing, or that place before but it's just that he's tend to forget it..and then the brain, retroactively remembers those stuff...
the other view is, that of a paranormal expert...he said that this is some kind of a personal premonition of something that will happen...

I really dis believe the first reason as maybe that is the case in a few but I know for a fact someof them were in places I have NEVER been and involded items I really would have remembered but who knows but I am like you and try changing something as if it will change the rest of my life lol.

I keep feel the flood touch my foot everytime i see the ocean or swimming pool. But i don't know what it mean?

Yes. I often have the 'deja vu' feeling. I think some of the 'deja vu' scenes came from my dreams. Some of the feeling I experience or situation I face seem to be very familiar. I might have been through the same feeling or scene before or I might have dreamed about it before. I cannot recall exactly. I personally feel it's scary to have the 'deja vu' feeling. I do not enjoy that feeling.
