stairs i dont have do you have stairs and what they like
and it must be good excerise going up and down those stairs

Yes, we have stairs at our house. What they like?? Hmm, just stairs :) First i live here, it is tiring go up and down. But after 3 years live in this house, go up and down with our stairs is nothing :) When i was pregnant 2 years ago, i must becareful with went up and down with stairs. And now, i must more pay attention with my son and stairs :)

thanks for responding but if you go up alot of stairs then you can feel something in your legs like they go tight do you know ehat i mean and yes you need to be careful if your pregnant

Well hopejorden,i dislike stairs.While getting down from stairs I like it because I feel something different ie. I feel like Exicutive ie. Getting down from Top to bottom and also require less strenght..But while up I dont like as lots of time get spent in it and it is torcher to go by this rather i like Lift..but like to go up in life..

thanks for responding so you dont like stairs i like it its really good excercise for me maybe i should go one day and see if there is alot of stairs and try how much i can do there is one here in Australia melbourne i need to find that place thanks and god bless you

hmm stairing is really a good excercise to do. But still i prefere to run or swim. To me swimming is the most complete xcercise the man can do. spcly swimming in morning! Better go and swim. happy healthy life!

thanks for responnding back yes it is good excercise i rather go p stairs then swim i could try to run up the stairs i dont think i have done that before i have gone fast but not running upstairs

You remind me of the time I was an English teacher in a reputed college. I am no longer a teacher there, but I will never forget the stairs. There were too many stairs, and daily I had to climb scores of staircases. But surprisingly, they did not reduce my weight. In fact, I developed weight problems there. But now that I have no more stairs to climb, I have become thinner.

Hi hopejordan! I have stairs in both my office building and apartments too. But I prefer to take the elevator always. But climbing stairs is a good exercise that can help to keep you fit.

thanks for your response well at least you are having good excercise when i went upstairs once i felt my legs really starting to get tight and i said to me self keep going its good for you
i had to use the stairs we were coming out of the car park
