I thought the Mission of the YWCA was to "Eliminate Racisim and Empower Women" According to this article only certain women are empowered, maybe just the employees that work for this Non-Profit organization that are making $34.11 an hour and $24.88 an hour making copies. Wouldn't you like to have their job?
