I agree with the others...I was just going to build on the "find other blogs and comment" idea. Be sure to read through the blogs, and leave meaningful comments, which will have the blogger visiting your site, possibly more than once! See if you can find blogs that are related to the one you have, so you will likely gain readers with similar interests.
