What brand of diapers do you use or did you use?

I've tried Pampers, Huggies and Luvs. The first diapers I used were Huggies because I got a free bag from the hospital but I noticed leaks with them. One night I had to change my daughter 3 times because she was wet and that's not any fun when you first come home with a baby because you are so tired. I also have tried Pampers because I received some through a survey to try. I really liked the softness of the Pampers but they leaked also. So now I'm using Luvs....I haven't noticed any leaks with them and they have a money back guarantee if you are not happy with them. What kinds of diapers have you used? What's your favorite?

Well i like pamper cruisers i really havent had a problem with leakage with pampers but i have a problem with the velcro tabs ripping off when i go to fasten the diaper so pampers are my second choice but my first is luvs especially now since they have the stretchable sides they use to be on the back burner as second with pampers first but the only reason was because they didnt have any stretch to them now they do so they are Number 1 in my book!

Thanks for the tip on getting coupons from luvs.com. I'm always up for saving money. I get them in the local paper sometimes. There for awhile they were putting them in the diapers. I think about six packs of diapers that I bought had a dollar off coupon.

With my kids I used cloth diapers most of the time and used only the other kind when we were going out or something.
When my daughter was born a friend gave me a diaper service gift for 3 months. I liked it so much I extended it after the 3 months were over. The cloth diapers were my first choice and worked really well, but they were a bit inconvenient when we were going to be out for more than an hour or 2. So I used the others in those cases.
When my son was born I didn't wait for any friend to get me the diaper service, I got it myself:)
As for brands, when I used the disposable ones I preferred Huggies.
It's funny. It is actually the opposite of you.
The first ones I tried were pampers because my husband's aunt gave me bunch of packages. They weren't bad and I used them sometimes. But when I got Huggies once I noticed that they fit better and worked really well so they became my favorite brand. And luvs was the one that leaked in my case LOL
I always had disposable ones at home for when we went out for a long time specially if we weren't at a friend's or family house. THe rest of the time I used the cloth ones and loved them:)

I've tried the same "big three" as you. What I've found is that it depends on the individual baby. Luvs worked great for my oldest, Pampers gave her horrible rashes. Huggies give my 2 1/2 year old rashes but Luvs work well. Luvs and Pampers leak on my youngest, but Huggies work great.

Weird ... I have used Huggies since the day my daughter was born and I have yet to have a problem with them. To me they cost just as much as other diapers like Pampers or Luvs.

What my "parental advisor" was telling me, was that she didn't really have that much trouble with Pampers, and Huggies leaking, but that Luvs were lower priced, and she liked them better!
Me, I just did what I was told,"change that pamper"!!

I have tried Momy Poko, Drypers, Pampers, Huggies and Giggles. I liked Momy Poko the most although its too expensive. I still used it for my daughter every night and use a different brand (low cost) in the morning.

We use Kirkland brand which they sell at Costco warehouse stores. We have used them with all 4 of our kids and haven't had any leaks.
A couple months ago I ran out of diapers and couldn't get to Costco so grabbed some Pampers. I hate them. They were the same size that my daughter usually wears but they leaked almost every night and she was always wet and they smelled bad.
We used Huggies originally with our oldest 7 years ago but changed to Kirkland because they worked better and were cheaper (they now cost the same as the Huggies they sell but I still prefer them).

I tried about every brand with my oldest when he was a baby, and the only ones that worked for him were the pampers swaddlers and cruisers. They were the only ones that kept him from leaking everywhere. Thankfully he's been out of diapers for almost a year. (:
My youngest (1 year) uses the store brand. We used many of the same kinds that we had used with our first, but found that the walmart brand worked just fine on him.. He didn't leak at all out of them.. so that what we use.. WHy spend the extra money on something they will poop in and you throw away unless you have to? (:
I think it all really depends on the baby, and their shape. My oldest had a HUGE stomach and was very wide everywhere else too. My youngest has a big tummy, but is slender everywhere else.. I do like pampers cruisers and swaddlers though, but I don't like the price.. i think they are prob. the most expensive ones you can buy! (:

I always used Pampers for my boys. I found they worked the best. I never had problems with leaking through. I tried the other brands but always went back to pampers. I know when my kids were newborns I used a brand called white cloud. They had a duck on the package. They were cheap and worked well. You have to change the baby so many times a day for he first few months so thses were cost effective.

Wow, it has been a while, but I do know with each child I got pampers to start out with because they gave them to you in the hospital, so we would stick with that until the price got too high. I believe I did try Luvs, but didn't like them. Huggies were good, but once again, as money got short, we turned to the local grocery store brand, which not only was cheaper, but didn't leak.. So that is what I stuck with until potty training..

Hi,
I use huggies for my son ,he is 20 months .I usually have no trouble during the day. He plays ,and runs, and jumps all around. He also is into everything under the sun.
My problem is at night. My son lays down to sleep around 8:00pm and sleeps until 7:00am.(if I'm lucky). In the morning his crib sheets are soaked, it makes me very upset.Sometimes before I go to sleep at night,I sneak in his room, and do a quick change. Our mornings are not so bad then.
A couple of my friends told me to try doubling his huggies .That doesn't seem to work either.I am thinking it's the position he sleeps in.He sleeps on his stomach mostly.

I used them permantly and will use them with my next baby... white cloud isnt good though, my little girl was allergic to them so...but yes parents choice. no leaks no nothing just perfectness:)

I have received a free pack of huggies too when I had my baby in hospital. I think Huggies is ok for newborn only but when they get older it is not the best choice due to leaks and the diaper being too thin.

With my older son, we used Pampers. It was just introduced in India and cheaper then. We were quite happy with Pampers and that's the only brand we used with my older son. With the younger one, we started with Pampers...but it used to leak (and was the same price as the rest of the brands)..so we switched to Huggies (which is the most popular one in India)....but I've had far too many leaking accidents with Huggies. I tried another brand called Teddy's which was pretty good and it had an indicator too to let us know when baby needed a change. But it's not easily availbale everywhere and I don't know why...it's cheaper than the other brands too. The only problem is that it is SLIGHTLY more bulkier than Pampers and Huggies.
I know my mom used Pampers for both her kids.
I feel the quality keeps changing and I can't really say I have a favourite. At the moment it is Teddy's.

I use Pampers and Sealer for my son. Sometimes Huggies depending on our price budget!! The cheapest diaper brand here can be bought for $50HKD which is around $6USD and the pack includes around 60 diapers. It's cheap but it's horrible cause with only 1 pee the diaper will already get soggy!
My favourite brand is Sealer. I think only hong kong has it though? It has a cute Leopard print (The Medium size) and it can hold up to 6 hours straight. I chance my son every 2-3 hours though cause I don't want him to get irritated!!

I use pampers and huggies for my son. It is a good brand. i did not have any problems with these brands. They are really good. Sometimes I buy pampers and for a change I buy huggies. I have not tried anything else because these are having a good name so I just went with the brand and it proved good.

I only used Pampers. But I seldom used this. I did think it is bad to child, the child cannot move easily.
