This year, i fall in love with coffee, one cup coffee for everday. actually i am not serious addiction. my fomer company offer a coffee machine, so i drink it everday, now i changed a new job, but the company offer tea only. i am afflictived and have to buy instant coffee and drink it everday.
most of my friends oppose to drink coffee, they think coffee contains caffein, it harms to skin and bring up osteoporosis. but i have addicted with it, drink or not? how could i do?

Coffee does have caffiene in it which is bad for your health. Try to cut down on it. Be careful though because some teas also have caffeine... more than coffee sometimes! Green Tea, white tea, earl gray, black tea, and orange pekoe all have caffeine.

Drinking coffee is also good for the health because coffee contain anti-oxidants... but if it is taken too much then it becomes very harmful to the body... i think 1 or 2 cups a day would suffice... and if in case you crave for more... i suggest you try drinking decaffeinated coffee... since they don't or they have minimal amount of caffein...
