Yes. I had anorexia as a teen too. mine was not because of body image. I moved out of home, became very stressed and just stopped listening to my stomach. It took about 5 years for me to be declared free from it, but everyday is still a battle to eat. more so now that I have kids! lol. I still sometimes only eat once a day, but my partner is good at forcing the issue. In the past, the bigger a deal anyone made of it, the less likely I was to eat. Pig headed girl this way! I know that at the moment, I'm below my target weight, but that will go up again soon. Just remember to have healthy eating practices and to keep eating. You are beautiful no matter what. Returning to bad habits will plunge you back into hell. I believe that a lot of women are severely depressed and ashamed of their disorders and are often very good at hiding it. If you can help 1 person turn their life around because of what you have been through, then I say you grew because of your expeerience. I just don't want to hear that you have gone backwards!
