I have always thought taking Vitamin E is a good thing and someone told me recently that taking fish oil tablets is a good thing also so I have half the dose of each as I don't really want too much suppliments.

yes that is good also but for me which better is taking the fresh suppliments, like vegies salad, fruis for the day, and eating fish especially tuna or salmon is better and without chemicals.

I make sure that i eat balance diet, have good excercise and plenty of water and have good sunlight from time to time...sleep well is the best..

I occasionally do breathing exercise. It's a part of yoga not the whole thing. It's just 30 mins every day but I'm too lazy I only do it when I remember. I eat more fruits and vegetables than meat. I drink vitamins. But the most part is that I don't allow stress in my life. I am anemic so stress can make me lose sleep and that's no good for anemic person. It's hard to avoid stress and anxiety, but we also have to love ourselves don't we?

a balance diet, fruits and veggies.. and daily exercise.. i try to eat meat and veggie in 1 meal, with banana (or any other fruit) with water or juice.. then everyday i do some exercising, jogging or walking...

I have to admit, I love exercising, I do weight training and sit ups every other day, and about an hour's worth of step-ups every day. I'm also using the 'Three Day Diet' on a regular basis, but that's more for aesthetics, as opposed to aiming to be healthy, I'm afraid.

Every morning i go for jogging or morning excercise for an hour.i dont take much sweats,also i consume non vegetarian food to a limted extent.also every evening i play foot ball for half an hour.i take a balanced diet and doesnt eat too much.i am ver bothered about my body and so doesnt take any risk.i think everyone must take very good care of their body

The best exercises I believe are walking and swimming, or if not actually swimming, any kind of water exercises. I take a liquid multi formula which I get online plus a B complex with folic acid. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and either take a calcium supplement or make sure to eat/drink plenty of dairy products. And drink water and tea. There's alot of talk about green tea but any tea will do.

I like playing pingpang the most.And I play basketball with my classmate once a
week.I think excise is one of the most important factors for keeping healthy.So
do not put yourself on ur job or study only. Try to relax yourself all the time.
