What is the best and undefeatable combo/strategy (5 versus 5) in DOTA?

For tournament game one's team must use heros from all one side; sentinel or scourge. For snetinel we had it down to and eaxt science. It went rooftrellen, crystal maidne, enigma, akasha, and omni. All these aoes kill their team every time.
