Not to pick on you or anything, but using complete words and sentences helps a lot when trying to earn here. Using chat short-hand such as saying "4" instead of "for" may keep you from earning very much for your questions or responses. Grammar isn't as important, but we've noticed recently that the ... method might get your thread deleted, for whatever reason. So punctuation is important as well.
Second, length is key. You won't make anything for only a few sentences. Mylot wants "quality" discussions, and that requires you to write AT LEAST three lines of text. For that, you might make a cent. The more you have to say on a subject, the better. My general rule is not to respond to anything unless I really have something to say; otherwise it's just a waste of time.
Be thoughtful, when posting a question. I see a lot of really dumb topics such as "Do you prefer blue jeans or black jeans?" Try to think of something that will evoke a lot of thoughtful answers that will create a real discussion with a lot of participants.
I'm sure there's a lot more others can tell you. And, welcome!
