I totally agree that boss must trust his/her employees. Be reasonable to everything, not just nag or scold his/her employee for having no any reason. Another thing must also know how to manage his/her self, and not depend almost everything to his/her PA. (Those are the characteristics that my boss lacking.)Sigh.

Trust each other is always important through all of our life.Some time people need to communicate with each other,espicially with hieof=r her boss.If the boss trust his employee and he is busy busy,I always wander which kind of things will need to report to his boss ?
