can you try a life without computer?

A few years ago it would have been possible, but now I think it is next to impossible. And also it is such an important mode of communication. I have a few of my very dear friends who are in UK and a few relatives who are in USA. So now I think it is very hard to stay away from the computer and specially internet. I feel very incomplete without my laptop and internet.

I think if I go away from computer for a day. I will be in relaxation. I wish all the computers damage for one day. So I could give my time with my family. I have a job it related. I have to give most of the time before monitor. Sometimes I frausted with this when I have to sit before it upto night. So I wish it. Dear Realy added absolutely corrdct picture. well I had never seen a computer until I was 10. I live in a small town and i have a pc now and that too 2 years back and i think i can be try a life without computer

well technology can be imagined if we go to past around thousand years ago !!

I make a living working on computers, and to me they make more sense than people. Through computers I have friends all over the world who give me great pleasure. I personally would be lost and alone without computers and internet.

"if we have no computer what our life will be." nothing. LOL. i am not quite an addict, i have to much studying for that, and i CAN quit for periods on 1-2 weeks but i prefer not too... keeping myself busy and joining tons of new sites stops me from getting bored!

computers is now part of life for the people who use them for business, work, communications, and entertainment. without computers i cant think of other inventions that can be substituted for computers. in my case my life is not complete without computers because i use it to earn money and for research and communications.

Without computer, that's a crazy idea.I must be mad in the days without computers.In honest words,everyday I spend more than 10 hours with computer.By computer can browse the net,chat with my friends ,write down my mood,work and so on.I do not imagine that what I become in a no computer days.

i can't image a life without my NB. i can not do anything without the computer. LOL

Yes, ofcourse! I can live without computer, as long as I am enjoying my life as a living, I guess I will be alive. As long I get my basic needs everyday, well that's fine for me.

We lived most part of our life without it. Even today, billions do not have computers and do not have knowledge about computers. They are living. If you think you cannotlive, you cannot. If you think you can, you can.

If you can think life wothout air ,then i can think life without computer.it influences me to such an extend that i dont even want to think about such a life. i am almost an internet addict and you can imagine how life would be horrible without computer.i think the whole world would be stand still without computer.without computer i would say lets better return to the stone age.

One interesting incident today occured. I gave my cell phone today in the service point, and they were checking it by removing the battery and hardly 10 to 20 minites had gone by.. i was feelin that some thing was deprived from me in those 10 minutes.. and therefore these phone and computers have become the part and parcel of daily life. I spend atleast 15 hours before my computer..a much more time than i spend with my family. I cant imagine without having a computer.

Though I use the computer almost everyday,actually,I think I can live well without it.I choose to use the phone to connect with my friends more than the computer,maybe I am out,but I really enjoy it.

To be honest, if I didn't have a computer I would be more outgoing, meet new people thus more friends. I started upgrading my computer every now and then, just like someone who mods a car it's a hobby that I love so much that I can't just let it go. I have tried to sell my computer a couple of times but I always come back on my decision when someone is about to buy it.
