committing suicide

We are all facing different kinds of hardships in life..some we can handle and some we think we cannot which cause some other people to commit this so-called "suicide" to end up their sufferings..
I am just curios how suicide survivors cope up after doing it.

many times i wanted do so. this noon, we i go to the tolite. i look out side of the building. there are a young couple sit on the grass. they are so happy. i just wanted to join them, throw myself outof the window. but i didn't do so. it is horrible. i nearly did so. LOL
