Today there is a spongebob marathon runing all day with a brand new never seen before movie at 8pm and both my children (3 and 7) want to stay home and spend the day with spongebob of course i wont allow them that much tv time but they can watch him for a little while and of course see the new one tonight, my question to you is ...is your little one obsessed with spongebob? if so how old is he or she. i find that it doesnt matter what age the child is spongebob tends to be liked among just baout all ages.

My son likes to dance to the theme song, but then he usually switches it, in search of something with more music. lol He has this funny little dance that he does every time he hears the Spongebob theme song. And he goes around singing "Fun bob scare pants!" It is soo funny!

Yeah, Spongebob is enjoyable actually. But it has been proven to drain your brain...
IQ levels of children can drop considerably if Spongebob becomes the "idol" of kids. Spongebob once in awhile is okay but you still won't breed the next Einstein. Just a little thing you might wanna take note of :)

My son actually does not have school today, so he gets to watch Spongebob all day. They have the day off for Veterans Day. My son in 7 (almost 8). He loves to watch Spongebob, but right now he is watching The Fairly Odd Parents because the Spongebob movie is on and he has seen it already.

Spongebob is on at my house too.haha My children 2 and 3 have just gained interest in him. I babysit a 4 and 1 year old and the 4 year old has always liked spongebob since she was a infant. She even has the tv. The 1 year old is now asking for him. I think this is why my 2 have become interested, but regardless is seems like most children like him at one point in their life..

We missed that movie but my son saw it will be on Saturday morning at 8 so he wants me to make sure to wake him up so he can see it. My kids watch Spongebog every morning while they are getting ready for school. I see the movie is available on dvd too.

My son is 13, and still likes Spongebob. I also end up watching it with him. It is better than most of the other kid shows. It is funny, and it's characters are not as rude as other tv shows. Nice show!

I don't have kids myself but my mum did recently baby sit. And whilst spongebob was never on, the child did love the Wiggles as well as the Simpsons.

I have to say my kids have never seen spongbob. I found it to be more for adults than kids.
