Has anyone else taken phentermine?

I took this drug to lose weight. I believe it to be a miracle drug. I lost 70lbs. In just a few months time. Well, from October til May. And that was over a yr ago. I have gained a little back due to a back injury at work. I was taking muscle relaxers for the pain and sleeping all the time. Won't keep weight off doing that. I know that a lot of people think this drug is dangerous, but I love it. It works! Has anyone else had any experiences with this diet pill? Good or bad. Let me know what you think. And also if you know of any good sites where you can still purchase it. It is over $200 for 90 pills on most sites now.

I have taken Phentermine in the past and had great results. However, be warned that over time your body will get used to it, and it will not work as well as it used to. I always got mine through my doctor and it was about $24.00 for 30 pills. Good luck to you and I hope you can continue to keep the weight off.

my doc won't give it to me. I have to order it online. Yes, over time your body does get used to it. I already experienced that. I went off of it more than once over the time I lost all that weight. 1 time I went off for a month. Do you think it matters how long it has been since you last took it?

Nope. I lost a lot of weight and then got pregnant. I had to be off of it for a year and it was just not the same after that. I also think the online stuff does not work the same as the Phentermine from your local pharmacy. You might want to shop around for a doc who will write you a prescription. That is what I ended up doing.

there is no doc around here that will give it to me. I am not overweight if you look at me, but according to the scales I am.

Wow, I have tried it myself as well. Not so much but I do see results. If you do find anything let me know. I would like to know how to get a of this pill.

I love it! I go to a weightloss clinic (when I can afford it of course) and pay about 145 for a months supply. It completely eliminates my hunger almost to the point where I have to remind myself to eat. I lost about 10lbs in a month on it!

I lost 16 lbs the first 2 weeks I was on it. That is more than what I pay for it online tho. You should shop around some more. I paid $209 for 3 months last time I ordered it.

i have started that pill a month ago and lost 14lbs but it is suppoesed to supress your hunger its not just to let over wieght people get skinny i believe it is a way to teach yourself to eat right and train your body so you dont have to end up taking it more then once.
all though some people need to, i learned of the pill phentermine from my sister she was taking them and lost 50lbs in 3 and a half months but soon got pregnant after the pregnancy she went back to eating the way she did before and gained all the wieght back and had to go back to the doctor for more cause you can take twice in your life time 3 months at a time.
when my doctor prescribed them to me she had given me strict diet rules also for example i was told no pop,juice or gatorade etc...
no red meats hamburger,steak etc...no reg noodles no white bread only wheat bread and whole grain wheat noodles as well
and the things i could have was chicken and pork the other white meat lol fish and tuna. more veggies and more frequently eating 5 times a day and small meals 300 cal each it does jump start the metabolism though and keeps it running till bed time and she also said no eating after 7 pm.
you can order the pills online without a prescription but i think it is more expensive try ordering from canada it is a little cheaper i think.
