Real Madrid - better as a team or a team of individuals?

With Real Madrid top of the Spanish league - do people feel that this year's team has a better balance to it. There seems to be less Galacticos this year but a better balance of individuals working for each other.
With the departure in recent years of Figo, Zidane, Beckham and Carlos, less well known individuals have come in with Schneider and Robinho to the forefront.

I believe so team as team work always better than individual games. Cause anyone that work as a team usually better than individual. Not only that coordination but also understanding involve and the feeling of integrity in everybody.
Playing individually like the previous Galacticos, not only create competition but also loosen the integrity in the team. Therefore lack of understanding, coordination, and team spirit.
I believe this year Madrid has the better team.

now real madrid is ok
they are trying to pick rising superstars
but two to three years ago they are with all the superstars like ronaldo beckham zidane .by all superstars in one team igo problem will come.each one will think iam better.this will affect the moral of the team
in all way iam saying that its better to play with 2 or 3 big stars
