Working Late

I am starting a new job this week at a mall and they are having me work a shift that doesn't end till 10 PM. Do any of you have a job that keeps you that late? or do you have a regular 9 to 5 position? Do you find it harder to work at night than in the mornings?

my actual work hours are 6:45 am til 3pm. But i get mandated to work 2nd shift some. so then I have to stay til 10p. I get to take my lunch at 10 so I can go home and come back the next day.

Hi cikedo!
Yes I have two late night jobs. I work as a telefonist from either 2 pm until 10 pm or from 6 pm til 10 pm from mondays through to friday. I do customer care for banck or phone companies calling their customers and asking, with questions prepared beforehand, whether everthing is ok.
On Saturdays and Sundays I work in a local hotel as a relief receptionist from 4pm til midnight.
I am definately a niht person. I get up around 8 in the morning but it takes me a couple of coffees to get awake and I'm not functioning until about 10 so Iprefer evening jobs.
God luck with your new job and hope you find having the mornings free to do your own things as lovely as i do.
