How to make a grandson to his homework on time?

What suggestions do you have to make my grandson (13 years old) do his homework on time? He is very bright but is bored in school. He gets A's on quizzes and F's on homework.

You should explain to him that get disciplined is important to succeed in life.

hi, im only 15 years old but i think i can help you. you can start by saying that if he doesnt make the homework on time oyou take him the thing that ke most like to do or to play. but if he doesnt react to that u punish him dont let hem to go out when he wants.
