Well I just wonder what should a foreigner call you when they pertain to your country, like Americans are from America. But what about those other people from other countries, what do you want them to call you?
So I'll start, like I am from the Philippines and I should be called as a FILIPINO. I hail from the province of Cavite, so you can also refer to me as Caviteño.
Can you share me some information about your place of origin, your country and what should I call you? A little curiosity, that I know will help lots of people who don't know how to address you according to your place of origin and your country.
So simple, yet informative so let's get it on!;)

Also my province a little bit far from GENSAN. You have to traveled 2 and a half hours. Before the MAITUM, there are 2 provinces that you pass by. The MAASIM and KIAMBA.

In that line, I am an American, but I am from Kansas, so I am a Kansan. We could break it down further, but I do not know what I would be called as being a resident of McPherson--maybe I am a McPhersonite. This should be interesting to see.

Once, they called us Americans colonists and some still call us Yanks. Also, we are often identified by the state we hail from. I'm a Pennsylvanian which means I'm from the Quaker State but I'm not a Quaker. We don't get called by nicknames but some do. If someone is from Wisconsin, they might be a Wisconsin but they could also be a "cheesehead" and someone from Arkansas could be a Arkansian or a "razorback".

Well I was born in Australia so that makes me an Australian. The state I live in is New South Wales so I'm a New South Welshman, even though I'm female. When I lived in Queensland, I was a Queenslander.
Someone from Victoria is Victorian, Tasmania, Tasmanian, Western Austalia, Western Australian, South Australia, South Australian and I have no idea what someone from the Northern Territory is called...lol.

Hi raijin.Well i would like people just to say "Canadian".Short, simple and sweet. In canada we have alot of indian tribes that date way back to their original ancestory ans still live on the same reserves that their ancestors have in the past. They mostly own all of canada, well suppose to but the government took alot of land away from them, especially the crown land thats full of protected trees that no on can cut or log.Alot of fights break out over the lands in canada, especially in alberta and british columbia, where its woods gallore.

I have a brother-in-law living in Alberta, a filipino who migrated there!;)
Thank you for sharing some informations about your country and your citizens, I also appreciated your sharing about the native indians in your place. I'm not that much familiar about them, so it is good to learn new facts about it!;)

Well, I'm basically from India (though I grew up in the Middle East). So, I'm Indian. I'm from a state called Kerala which is at the southern most end of India. So, you can call me a Keralite as well or a Malayali (the language we speak is Malayalam).
That's a typical Keralite woman for you:)
But actually I would call myself CONFUSED 'coz I've got a mixed bag in my head...a little bit of Keralite...a little bit Indian...a little bit of Arabic and a little bit of Western culture.

lol..confused only because I can't categorize myself anywhere.
Btw..that's not a pic of me..it's only a typical Keralite woman. I don't have the conventional Keralite looks...that's another reason why I stick out like a soar thumb when I visit my relatives.

Hi,
This should be an easy one! I am from India and we are called as Indians. However I am currently working in Kenya and here people are called as Kenyans. The local language is Kiswahili. My native language is Tamil. The national language of India is Hindi though there are over 1500 languages and dialects! I was born and brought up in Bangalore and there we are called as Bangaloreans.
