I really wonder how these people track..or what is the system that tracks these within the seconds when the discussion is posted?Any idea?

That is a very interesting question. I know that My Lot would need lots of people to read every discussion or reply that comes in. They would then quickly get rid of anything that is not suitable because it is offensive in some way or other. I have read the My Lot guidelines and they are fine. But I have been surprised when a discussion has quickly disappeared. I know that some topics are considered mature content only. When I was discussing feeding a baby the screen said that I would have to agree to mature content. I thought no thanks. So I changed what I had written to make it more suitable. I amazes me that the particular word in that context is perfectly fine. I have seen that each discussion has a + - or ! I think the ! means prohibited. However it would take time for someone to alert My Lot. Therefore I think My Lot must have many people working for it, say a moderator for a less popular subject like hiking and a good many moderators for a popular subject like life.

They have this automatic thing which notices some specific words, and immediately notifies the moderators, or gives hints on how to go about that topic, like mature content. Thats what I think happens anyway.
One other way is for users themselves to report and abusive and inappropriate discussion.

To furthermore explain, we are given the option by mylot to report discusisons through using the exclamation point (!) which is located on the right of every post right after the (+) and (-) signs.
In reporting violations, mylot will check the post itself and if found out that it did then the post will disappear as gets deleted.
To understand more about mylot, do check their guidelines section by reading this link I'll provide for you:

Hallo smartx, I am also new here in mylot but i have gone through the frequently asked questions in mylot and have not come across a question like yours. Ok the only thing I know is that even members can report an abusive thread and also the mylot administration has set some measures which are auto to takecare of such matters. Thanks for the discussion.
