We spend most of our time here at this place. We also find many new topics and discussions, and most of the time we get lost in reading them forgetting to reply them. At some point we think we should reply but we don't. For the sake of replying is different, but really what makes a discussion to reply?

I have made four today till date and this is just the beginning. I intend to give atleast 20 replies today if i find appropriate discussions. It all depends that i find some interesting topics to answer. I wont answer just for the sake of giving a reply. This is not a place for me where one has to give a forced reply.

I mostly spend time in commenting my discussions. It helps me getting views on my discussions and get my doubts cleared. It also gives me what i want.
When i get obsessed with commenting i just start replying to others discussions.

Yes, you are absolutely correct! It is more than one and half hours I have been here and this is my third posting as a response to a discussion! It happens, we are inquisitive in knowing about the views of our fellow members about various topics , which may or may not be of our interest. Its human nature to be curious and that makes us to look here and there!
And another point like you said , we really should feel like participate in the discussion willingly and we should have some to express with us, in order to participate in the discussion!
Well now I think the whole idea of this forum is to provide some relaxation to our fatigued minds , so what is the harm if we are replying or responding to adiscussion or just reading them and enjoying them! THe payment part is really nothing much they are paying ! It is only the passing your spare time nicely and constructively... Thanks for initiating such a light toipic of discussion, enjoyed it! Keep it up!

There are some discussions here which share more than what they speak. They really intensify the whole thing of using this place. Some times i really get lost in reading them and thinking on them, and just refresh my mind. Really this place has magic in it.

I read the post that starts the discussion off. I want to see what the person is trying to say and they what they want others to reply too. Some people who start discussion just post an opinion and you can elaborate on that and then there are other discussion that ask specific questions. I only reply to discussions that I am interested in. I do not like to reply with one or two word answers. These short answers really do not benifit the person who started the discussion or the person posting. The more detail you can give to the discussion the better. I do however, try to reply to all the posts my friends start. I do not always meet this goal because some of the discussions they start are not what I would be interested in. I post on discussions here as long as I am having fun. The more you find that is interesting and the better the post the better your money.

Yes that is true. Our friends may belong to different countries and may have different tastes. So it is not possible in our side to even understand their discussions. But still we can request them to make us understand the thing.

Yes, it is good if we would try to understand the topic on our part. Some discussions we don't understand may have information we need to know. So we can share our views, question them, criticize them or even comment them.

I responded to only one discussion so far...been on-line only this time. This morning, we went for groceries after hearing mass. After lunch, I slept. It's just now that I got the chance to read the 11 responses to the discussions I started last night, and got to respond only to 1; this one is my second. I usually look for interesting topics to respond to, like this one...
