yes-not that you have free licence to order the maharaja MAC every morning. BUt there's a whole lot of grey area between a fruit-laden bowl of oatmeal and several pounds of grease and most of its preferable to starting the day on empty stomach. "A lattewould probably be better than nothing, because at least ur getting vitamin D and calcium from the milk" says Mark Pariera, Ph.D., an epidemioliogist at the university of minnesota who studies breajfast habits. even foods with no redeeming nutritional value, like jalebis or doughnuts, curb ur appetite for a little while. "skipping breakfast altogether may make you hugrier and may lead you to overwat". says periera, so try to eat something-just dont use it as an excuse to binge.

I don't think there is even such a think like unhealthy breakfast. Everything is good for us since, we don't eat too much of something and even if we did, there we have all day long to burn the calories. So i think it is still better to have unhealthy breakfast like no breakfast at all. We just need to put something to our stomach before we really start our day and go to the work. Our organism would work much better with full stomach like if we skip breakfast.

hiya i think even an unhealthy breakfast is better than no breakfast at all, just dont try to make a habit of eating unhealthy food ...and dont over do the healthy bit ..and also pay attention to the quantity in your portions. some fat and protein as part of your breakfast are actually healthy you dont have to have a completely fiber and fruit only type of break fast in order for it to be healthy you can have with yolks twice a week. you can grill instead frying sausages. or use a drizzle of EV olive oil.

Yes, we should have something in the morning to break the fast. No, I do not miss my breakfast, come what may. I do take something say milk or biscuits or something like that. I ensure that my stomach is not empty, before going out of the house for my work.

I think it's better to eat unhealthy breakfast rather than skipping your breakfast at all. For the very first thing, we gained energy from what we eat either it's nutritious or not. If our stomach is empty, then we cannot do our work properly and may likely cause you to lose your control due to lack of energy.:-)

Hi,there! Well,I do think it's important to have breakfast in the morning. We don't need to eat too much but we'd better have sth good enough for our body. I don't know whether unhealthy breakfast is better or not.But if I've got the time to take the unhealthy breakfast,I would rather make some healthy breakfast. It's necessary for us to get sth nice in the morning cause then we won't feel very hungry at noon, otherwise we may eat a lot at noon and it makes us fat. So in order to keep healthy and keep our weight at a nice state,it's better to have a healthy diet:)

Hi, I think even unhealthy breakfast is better than having nothing at all. A breakfast can support you energy and is good for the health of your stomach and you will feel more comfortable after breakfast. Or you will have to eat more at lunch, add a extral burden to your stomach. For me, once I have no breakfast, my stomah will work not well for a days.
