When cooking turkey, how do you do it? Do you just take it out of the packaging and put it in the roasting bag and then in the roasting pan? Do you let it soak in any salt water solution or any marinade? How do you get it to not be so dry, but instead juicy and very delicious?

The way to do it varies based on a number of factors. Are you going to roast your bird whole or will you part it up first? Are you going to bone it first? Are you going to stuff it? Are you going to deep-fry it? Most importantly, what SIZE is it? Cooking times will vary based on the weight of the bird. The amount of stuffing you will need to prepare will vary based on the weight of the bird. Notice a trend? Your best bet is to decide how much bird is enough for the number of people you're feeding and go from there. You can find all sorts of information just googling cooking turkey.
