Have you ever felt like 'SCREAMING"?

I've had one of those days! I'm tired and I've had to be nice all day to people who were a bit on the pissy side! Why would someone write a hot check for $30 when they end up having to pay $25 more for it? Is it me or does it take a special kind of stupid to do that?
I just don't get it???!!!

Greed is the answer.
We might just don't know when a person is in need of money (but didn't mean don't have money) to claim the prize, while the number to be send back (as fee sort of as it's said) to claim the prize.
Greed now thinks that the fee is nothing compare to the prize. When it is sent, no more the second part submission. The sender had been just scammed.

I've always been really tight with my checking account. I've never wrote a bad check in my life and I never will... I always know the amount in my account...to the penny! I guess not everyone is like me....
