Teenage pregnancy

What can you say about teenage pregnancy? Who to blame? Parents or the girl? I know somebody who got pregant when she's only 15 years old. Her dad died when she's still a baby and her mom remarried again. Her stepdad is good as she describes it and her mom is always there for all her financial needs. But both are very busy on their business but they went out every weekend and go shopping. She had a boyfriend and her mother knows it. She allows the guy to visit her daughter in the house. The mother and her boyfriend have a good relationship. Suddenly, the girl find out that she's 2 months pregnant. She was shocked about it and don't know what to do as she's very young to be a mother. Her boyfriend is so young too at the age of 17. They are both students. They both decided to tell her mom about her situation. Her mom cried and feel bad about what happened. But in the end, her mom accepts it and understand her situation.
I just don't know why some teenagers are doing things wherein they are not prepared and still very young. They will only know how hard it is when they face the consequences and reality. The girl is very lucky to have her mom beside her. Hope that she'll have a great pregancy..=)
What's your view on teenage pregnancy? What do you think are the reasons behind this? Your views are very much appreciated...=)

I should say that each has their on share of blame.
If the parents brought their children well.. it could have been avoided.
Granted that the parents failed to do so, it's still not an excuse for the chldren to blame it on their parents. They have their own minds.. it was their will.. so they should be liable for it..
But there's no point of pointing fingers. It would lead you nowhere. Just face it.

Yes both should have to accept and face it as they cannot do something about it. They should have each other then to ensure that the mother and baby are ok..=)

in this generation, parents must not be Blame of teenage pregnancy it is tha young ladies/BOYS who is liable in such case snce they are in their proper mind alreadym they are not babies anymore to be spanked in the butt whenever they are wrong 'coz they can even make babies of their own. GBU

Yes you are right. Teenagers should be the one responsible as this is their act. They should think first before doing anything. They should ready to face any consequences that they have done..=)

Well the proble is teenagers doesnt know what are they doing until they are finish doing it and has a problem. a mother is not to be blame unless she is eresponsible teaching here right from wrong.
