Depending on what the argument is about, it can definitely be healthy. Sometimes it is just good to get problems out in the open with you and your partner. It can bring to light things that the other may not expect be a big problem or something that the two of you need to work out now that can avoid a bigger problem later. It is not healthy when it is constnatly done and over little things, mostly because it can be a nagging problem when it's done that frequently.

It is not healthy if you keep your anger inside of you. You will blow up and all the anger will come out and you might do something you will later regret. So argueing is healthy in a relationship. As long as it is not fighing. If it is, you need to get out of that relationship.
