I like to listen to Christmas songs it really puts me into the Christmas spirit. I have a couple of Christmas CD's that my son made for me with my favorite songs. Do you like to listen to Christmas songs and what are your favorite ones. I like many of them but my favorite two are "Baby, It's cold outside" by Dean Martin and "Santa Baby" by Eartha Kitt.

I like to listen to Christmas music once it gets closer to Christmas. Some radio stations play it for all of December and I think that may be a bit much. A week I can do. My favorite Christmas album is the Bonny M Christmas. The songs are so upbeat and fun.

One Christmas I bought a CD with just Christmas songs on it from over the last 50 or so years. And it had my two favorite Christmas songs on it. I like Elvis Presley's Blue, Blue Christmas, and Mariah Carey's All I Want for Christmas is You. Of course if we are talking about hymns, my favorite would be What Child is This?

The very favorite of mine is Holy Night by Celine Dion. The fact that I like Celine when I was in high school and Holy Night makes me feel serenaded by a Christmas angel, I always listen to it because it’s in my computer.

We have a collection of Christmas Cds which come out from their hiding places around the end of November. We have a favourite one which we like to play more often. One of my favourite songs Is A Spaceman Came Travelling by Chris De Berg. Tradional Christmas Carols I like 12 Days Of Christmas, which I used to recite as a child.

Late 80s, if you can download music on your computer I would highly recommend this. It's a great hit indeed.

I have never heard the song A Spaceman Came Traveling, or Chris De Berg. Is this an old song. I'm sorry, I really don't know who sings a lot of songs but my son is always trying to tell me. I just know how the songs go, but not the singer (most of the time) or the name of the song.

Yes, I do enjoy Christmas songs... because while growing up my mother did everything in her power to create magical experiences during all traditional holiday throughout the year. She passed a way three years ago and since she left my hubby and I have been trying to find a way way to hold to the best parts of the traditions she raised me with and create new ones that have meaning for where we are now. It is hard though because in many ways the associations we have about the holidays were all centered around Mom. My father passed away in 1998 and we don't have kids so Christmas has lost some of its allure for us. However, I am hoping that getting the decorations up from the basement and listening to carols will put us in a more festive mood as we plan to implement some new traditions of our own and make the season the special spiritual time of year that it actually is. I love songs like Oh Holy Knight, Silent Night and some traditional Celtic ones. Seasons greetings to you and yours and continue to enjoy your songs! Raia
