Here in the philippines w ehave this two major network that provides cellphone services for users to communicate with each other... but evry single text message that we send we pay for that... the question here is why our cellphone loads are sometimes not accurate?? we pay the right amount but we don't get the right services!!! they are actually stealing money from us... just for example i bought a economy load worth 30 pesos and it will expire after 3 days... but after few hours you woudln't notice that you consumed all your load, thinking that you got a send items feature on your phone and if you check that you only used 10 pesos ... so where did the 20 pesos load go??? they are simply stealing from the subscribers and to think that the philippines has more than millions of subscribers, to sum up they earn millions of pesos every day... why steal??? those peolpe are giving us a headache... but we can't complain coz we don't know whose responsible for those companies?? what agencies or organizations can monitor them... we can't complain coz without them we cant do anything... why?? do they have to do this??? whats the reason????

That is one of the pitfalls of having a prepaid line, you can't "monitor" where the rest of your load goes. On the other hand, having a prepaid line when abroad (via international roaming) is better than a postpaid one. It saves you the additional fees every time you receive text messages. As to why they're doing this, well, gotta do what they gotta do to stay in business, at the expense of the people who kept them in business.

are there no other peolpe concern about the money they spend for nothing??? its so alarming that everybody here in the Philippines complain about this all over again... its all about business that other peolpe are not treated equally.. well those guys who are behind this bogus might have no mercy... for all the victims of these unreasonable treatment we should voice out ... even thoung they have customer care services they always say the same thing.. they will not actually give you answers they will just give you reasons that has no answer at all and it'll just make you dumb...

I agree with you, but since we are at the mercy of these providers and they're "owning" the market, we have no choice but be silent abiders of their rules. The alternative would be to boycott any of their products/services.

since we are all victims of this trap we couldn't do anything to stop this we are just letting them to steal money from us ... poor filipinoes becomes more poorer and rich guys become more richer... evr heard about the song from bamboo?? TATSULOK?? that song exsisted for many years already but it wasn't appreciated unntil bamboo revived that song .. so meaningful that is trying to tell us about how rich peolpe control everything and if ur poor you won't be given justice in any circumstances... try to search it and listen to the lyrics... :)
