Funny Bowling Stories

For many years I was a bowler and loved every minute. Each week I couldn't wait for league to begin. My team was fun and interesting. As our team began to disband, for various reasons, I quit and never returned to the one sport I couldn't get enough of. My league average was 192 (one summer) but most often it was between 172-175. Not bad for a female who bowled with a 16 pound fingertip ball.
I can recall one year we had a bowler who loved to celebrate, anything and everything. She had a few brews, tried to deliver the ball but it wouldn't release, did a front flip and landed in the gutter on her behind. She wasn't hurt but I can tell you it was absolutely hysterical.
Anyone ever experienced something funny while bowling or observing?

i love the sport. unfortunatl i dont get chance to do it much especially as prices are approx £5 GBP a game near me. was an offer last summer for a pound a game and i was there a few times a week
one of the funniest things ive seen is my flat mate last year. shes very small and skinny and looks like shed blow away in the wind, but she was using an 18 ball and somehow managed to throw the ball half way down the lane, into the NEXT lane, and proceed to get a strike...good achievement id say hah!
