Drunken Driving is very dangerous. What measures could we take to reduce the accidents caused by Drunken Driving?
for example, we can have a breath analyser within the car near the driver's sear and should not allow to start the vehicle if the driver is drunk.

Yes, drunken driving is very dangerous. There are many ways to reduce accidents due to drunken driving. The most effective way is that people should not drive when drunk, and should call a cab to return home. Then law should be strictly enforced. Pursuasion is also very effective. Minnesota Department of Public Safety adopted a noble approach. Talking urinal cakes (see picture) will be in place at bars and restaurants around the Twin Cities this weekend. The message encourages patrons not to drink and drive.
