How often do you say I love you?

I tell my husband and children I love them all the time. I always say it to them on the phone. I'm a big hugger too. some times my kids think I'm nuts when I give them a kiss and hug and say i love you for no reason.

I say I love you many times a day to my wife and kids, want to make sure they have no doubts abuot how I feel about them. But also believe you have to show them you love them also.

I always remind my loved ones. I tell my friends, "Love Ya" on the phone before hanging up and I remind my hubby and kids on a regular basis... even when my pre-teen is being a brat saying she hates me, I say, "It's okay. I still love you!" I'm also a hugger. I will hug and kiss them for no other reason than to say "I Love You" without words.

I tell my loved ones I love them every time I communicate, if in person, by phone, or email. You never know when it'll be the last time you see or talk to someone, no matter what our ages. As I've gotten older, and loved ones begin to pass away, I know its best to say it alive than pray it when they're gone.
