Need a unique beef roast recipe?

A forgiving beef recipe is just what I need, lol. I love the flavor of chuck roast, but hate the hassle of not knowing for sure if it will turn out great. I'm running, not walking right over to read your article. Lately we've only been buying the kind of beef that Safeway stamps "Guaranteed Tender" for pan frying and that sort of thing. I am fine with oxtails and tongue and other slow cook to make it tender kinds of meats, but the chuck we've been getting lately has just been toughening up too much lately. Dunno if the quality of the meat went down or if we are just getting to be more fussy eaters in recent times. Thanks for sharing.

That does sound like a good recipe. I will have to try it sometime. I bookmarked it so I can find it at a later time. I make my own taco seasoning too! It is so much better than the store bought stuff.
