I just got mine posted on Associated Content. There is a link to it on my blog. (see my profile) I use a really cheap chuck roast but, I have used other kinds too. I think the last time I made it, I used London broil. I guess what I'm saying is that it is a very forgiving recipe. :-) Try it out and let me know what you think.

A forgiving beef recipe is just what I need, lol. I love the flavor of chuck roast, but hate the hassle of not knowing for sure if it will turn out great. I'm running, not walking right over to read your article. Lately we've only been buying the kind of beef that Safeway stamps "Guaranteed Tender" for pan frying and that sort of thing. I am fine with oxtails and tongue and other slow cook to make it tender kinds of meats, but the chuck we've been getting lately has just been toughening up too much lately. Dunno if the quality of the meat went down or if we are just getting to be more fussy eaters in recent times. Thanks for sharing.

You are very welcome drannhh. When I posted the recipe to Associated Content, they are the ones that put "Unique recipe" on the title. LOL I looked at the change and thought to myself, it IS unique, I think I will share it with my friends at MyLot when it gets published. Let me know what you think.

Have you ever had potstickers? My husband is Asian and I make them all the time. The whole family loves them!

I am going to make this Thursday night. I am going grocery shopping and I will be picking up a roast. I have this recipe bookmarked and I was going to try it before now, but I forgot to buy a roast when I was doing my meat shopping last month. Yummy! I can't wait!

I hope you like it! I have one other recipe on Associated Content as well. Actually it gets way more hits than the roast one does. It's for Southern Mississippi Chicken and Dumplings. I don't know if it gets more hits because of Southern Mississippi being in the title or if it's because that many people like dumplings. LOL
