When you get a craving, do you comply with that craving? Or do you opt for something more healthy. I realize some of you may actually have a craving for healthy stuff but most do not.=)
The other day, my friend says something to me about what we were eating, "Oh, good, and these are good for us too." and I said, "Oh, well that's good to know. In the case that we cared!" lol But seriously, do you watch what you are eating?
or to take it even further: Do you research ingredients before using or eating them?

Being health conscious, I do not crave for anything. I have a balancd diet everyday. Once a way, when I am invited to a party or a function, I do eat more than what I can. That will take 2 or 3 days for resetting.
At young age, one will have such desires of eating whatever they see. As the age progresses desire for eating tend to get reduced.

No not really. I am pretty good about not gaining weight. I eat whatever my body craves. Usually chocolate or cereal.

Ha. As long as the food doesn't have any preservitives in it, I eat it. I never eat a lot of food in one sitting but, I don't watch fat content or anything like that. I have never been on a diet except for not eating preservitives. I eat unbleached flour and sugar in the raw and stuff like that. I eat real butter (I make it myself), real sour cream and use heavy cream. I don't consider myself fat. I just work hard everyday outside for about 2 hours and make sure I work up a good sweat. My Grandpa has been eating like this his whole life and he will be 93 in January. He is not the least bit fat and still gets around like a 50 year old.
