What is with the bombing of Congress?

The recent bombing in congress is part of a large scale intimidation tactics towards the lawmakers in this highly critical stage in our political life as a people, wherein the president has been criticize left and right by the opposition and enlightened civil society.
That is my view to it. what about yours?
