If you could change your profession and do something else..what would you like to do? Would you change a job because of the money or because of the better work conditions/hours?

Many things need to be consider when you want to change your job. The salary you'll receive every month really counts. I'm planning to quit my current job not just because the salary I'm earning is not enough it's like I'm not growing anymore or I'm not happy working this kind of job.
