Have you ever have this part in your life when you was always tired whatever you do or not? Well I have now. I can sleep 10 hours, I would be tired, I can sleep 8 hours I would be tired, so i don't think it really does matter on time of sleeping. I had this once when I was working and doc give me just magnesiun. And actually it helped. So I have tried it now again, but it is not helping. I just read in magazine about woman who had feel similar and after taling B-komplex it dissapear. I went today to pharmacy and gona try that.
If you ever felt like this, please share.

Hi,Laurika! Well,I seldom have such feelings. I just had once so far. That was the time when I flew to Europe,I felt so tired that I slept for many hours per day and I didn't feel like getting up. I guess it's the timeshift problem. The only thing I wanted to do is to sleep and I was not tired of sleeping at all. But after some days,I became better.I'm not sure why you felt that right now.Are there any unusual things? I don't know whether B-komplex is good for the body. Maybe you need to watch out. Hopefully you'll get well soon. Best regards and have a nice day:)

Hi Luarika,
My friend has an iron deficiency, and it makes her really tired. If your not getting enough iron in your diet, then maybe that could be the problem. I really would go to a Dr and have it checked though, as well as your blood pressure. She corrects it by taking a daily iron tablet that you can buy over the counter. Let a Dr tell you that its low though, dont just assume it ok? It could be a number of things.
Hope your feeling alright.

Haha. Yeah you got a lot of responses!
Well I hope what your taking starts to work for you. Could just be the cooler weather too. I know I get that way when its cold outdoors. Ive been feeling that way last couple of days, sleeping a lot! Taking 3 hour naps in the afternoon, then sleeping all night. lol

im just like you, no matter how many hours of sleep i get im always tired. ive been told to take vitamins, which i did for a number of months..and i never felt any better at all.
so i pretty much live on a daily supply of caffeine! lol not the greatest of choices im sure, but it gets the job done.

I went through a phase in my life where I was tired all the time regardless of how much I slept. Then one day during meditation it came to me that it was part of my resistances to my inner growth and development. Because of my regular meditating, there were changing happening deep in my mind, that we "scaring" another part of my mind (ego-mind) that doesn't like change. Once I "went with the flow", the tiredness cleared up. It comes back from time to time when there is more changes occurring. But now I accept it and find it at times to be rather fascinating. :-)

Hello laurika,
Maybe it is your iron, that happened to my daughter, and come to find out it was her iron making her feel like that. Sometimes the weather will make you feel sleepy, especially this time of year. Hope you get some energy sweetie. Have a wonderful day. Toni xoxox

You know, I am the same way! I am a pothead, so for me, this came as no surprise. The big deal came once I called myself trying to quit smoking pot. I slept all of the time! I found out in treatment that women don't get the vitamins they need (and was told to get a B-complex, as was mentioned before). I also found out that, for me, my depression had be sleeping like that (as also was mentioned). When I get bored, all I want to do is sleep or something that's going to put me to sleep (ie staring blankly at tv or reading a book).

This could be caused by so many different things. You should really pay another visit to your doctor. It could be fatigue, anemia, depression. You may need to regulate your sleeping hours better. You could be getting too much sleep, depending on your age. Being too tired is very common, but can be caused by many things.

Hello laurika. I used to feel very tired years ago and always felt that I needed to have more time to sleep. I didn't know why. But now it is ok for me as I do not always feel tired and sleepy though I do sometimes.
I think that I don't have enough time to sleep as I stay up late and have to get up early for my work. It is not a good habit for me if I want to live healthily. It is time that I must have at least seven hours of sleep to get rid of the tiredness.

Since you have not mentioned about any illness I think you are more worried about you. Your life style or some thing that matters you. Worry makes a person very tired. So forget about any thing that matters you and keep going. Taking a B-Complex will help you to get rid of your tiredness. Take one Capsule or tablet once a day. This will solve your problem.

Hi & Hello, Laurika.
I am luck for this discussion, Laurika. Because it related to my experience. After my 7 days warded in hospital, previously, one doctor suggest me to take B-Complex. And I recommend you to take that supplementary vitamin. As it works for me to fight my tiredness.
Supplements containing all eight B vitamins are generally referred to as a vitamin B complex. Lacking of vitamin B will lead us to insomnia and weakness (part of it).
HAPPY DAPPY.

I have gone through that before. I could come home from work, fall asleep on the couch, then wake up a few hours later, eat dinner and go to bed. It is very frustrating. Getting too much sleep can make you just as tired as not enough sleep. I have heard that in order to notice a difference you have to stick to a sleep pattern for a couple of weeks. Make sure to eat a balanced diet, and exercise. Exercising actually gives you more energy, so it can help. Go to bed at the same time every night, get up at the same time every morning. Try this for a couple of weeks and see if it helps.

You may have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Look it up on Web MD and see what you think. There are diets that are proven to help and it is possible to regain a healthy life once you are diagnosed and get it all under control. Check with your doctor and see if you can get help and more information if you think you may have CFS.

I have this problem from time to time. With me it's usually a lack of iron. If I take a good multi vitamin it usually goes away. Try a multivitamin for a few days to see if it helps. With a multi, you get everything you need with one pill. Much easier. But if it doesn't go away in a few days you should see your doctor to rule out anything more serious.
