Anybody have any good ideas? As a businessman and entrepreneur, I wouldn't ever recommend this, but sometimes it may be necessary.
It is important to put your money where it will make you money. Most creditors will raise rates unexpectedly an cause your minimums to barely cover the interest. Then, they want all the money plus the late fees.
In the long run they will pursue your for money that you never borrowed. In some ways, it may seem they deserve it because it was their terms. However, their games end up leaving you with a bad debt that you can't pay, and then they take all the extras. In recent times, I have decided that bad debt many times comes from bad creditors, not the consumers.
Where are the good loop holes. For instance, there are problems with harassment from collectors. Is it legal for a collector to call your neighbors, or call you six times in a row non-stop, or make calls after a certain time at night?

I advise you to go your other friends to avoid.Because the debt collectors will go to your home and wait for your back ,so you will not to come back.
