HAVING TROUBLE FINDING INSTRUCTION BOOK ON USE OF A MANDOLINE VEGETABLE SLICER!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Am having trouble finding an instruction book on how to use a mandoline vegetable slicer/shredder! Purchased a Norpro 12" Deluxe mandoline; returned it due to NO INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL. Have since purchased a Wolfgang Puck mandoline; then read a customer letter complaining about inadequate instruction book. Have tried searching the web, have found nothing that is helpful. Does anyone know of a book, manual, CD, or video that shows in detail how to use one of these things???? Thanks, F. Smith
