I think as far as we would like a separate lane, our lanes are already full to the side of the buildings, so where are we to put a new lane on? Unless we reroute passages or roads as for 'cars' only and for 'bicycle or motorcycles' only. This way the traffic wouldn't be dangerous for fast moving vehicles and slow moving vehicles. But I doubt something like that could ever happen since it could disrupt a lot of paths and roads and it'll take a while for people to adjust to the new sets of rules. I do think it's necessary for traffic to try to adjust the circumstance because indeed there are a lot of accidents due to mixing cycles and cars in the same road.

Yes it should be that way. For pedestrians and bicycles at least. I have been to Denmark and they are the friendliest city for bicycle riders. They have separate lane for them and separate traffic lights. Now, how cool and safe is that for everybody.

In Bangalore the present roads are not broad and it is not advisible to provide a separate lane for them. Secondly in cities where are the cycle users? I dnot see any. Everyone wants to drive power drive vehicles. Thirdly it can be intrduced in future new roads, thereby making the roads much broaders.

That should be the ideal, it would reduce a lot of accidents and such related inconveniences

For me yes, i agree for the seperate lanes, to avoid too much of the cases happening in the streets. and it must be implemented all over the world
