Computer Problems: grrrr..any computer geeks around?

Ok.. I am putting a youtube video on my site.
I like to preview them..but after seeing a certain portion..my computer turns off.
It will not reboot to start..till I let is set a few minutes..enter safe mode..first..turn off and then restart
Why would my computer turn off whenever I am watching a music video..from Youtube?
I was previewing a clip taken from Jesus Christ Superstar..In particular the scourging..
Is it a setting on my computer? Any computer geeks on board?

does this happen only with this youtube clip? or does this happen to every clip you play? is there any other program in your computer that causes your computer to crash?

I have only noticed it with the youtube clip..I am thinking maybe the memory of my computer doesnt allow for it?

Does it only happen on youtube? if so try to reinstall macromedia flash, what browser are you using ?
What windows version are you using?

Not a computer geek
but it sounds like maybe
your memory is full
so u have to delete some things
first to make some room.
