unfortunately,my mouth had ulcer for 3 days.i feel so hurt to the extent i almost cann't talk with my colleagure.i always think each day of my life is precious.illness will keep you away from the road of happiness. so maintaining healthy is very important.i will persist exercising my body!

I read one time in a magazine that when you get mouth ulcers sometimes if you change your toothpaste it helps, that was in a Dr's advice column someone wrote in and told him that and he did some trials and he had to admit it seemed to work...
