Scorpions have invaded my home!

We have killed at least 5 scorpions in the past 2 months. I am guessing it will only get worse because it is getting cooler outside and they are probably looking for a warmer place to sleep. We've looked them up on the internet and are pretty sure they are Florida bark scorpions. But we can't find anything about how to get rid of them. Does anyone else have scorpions? How can we get rid of these creatures? Thanks.

ick and i thought mice were bad. do these scoripians bite? do you have a pest control place that you can call? what about your city? do they have people that work for the city that could help you?
where do you live? (so i will know where not to visit LOL!!!)

They sting with their tails. This particular scorpion is not deadly to humans. It's almost like a bee sting as far as after you get stung. Now when it hits you, it feels like someone just drove a nail through where it hits. They hit HARD! I know - I got stung by one maybe 2 years ago. I just don't wan't them inside anywhere near my 1yr old. I'm hoping we can find something to get rid of them without having to pay someone a lot of money. Might have to though, my baby's more important than money. Thanks for responding.
