what do you do when you have low blood count?
i find this condition frustrating as it creeps up on me and when i realize its low iron im already exhausted.
i take iron tablets and vit.c when i go low.it works relatively fast but do you have any ways to prevent it ever happening in the first place ?

Try to eat ampalaya or bitter melon. It is good for the blood. :)

I have the same problem. I tend to eat foods with a natural high level of iron in it. Lots of green vegies and red meat. Here in Australia, we are lucky to have Kangaroo meat (farmed of course) which is super high in iron, very sweet and better for you than beef or lamb. One serving provides you with 4 times the iron of beef. The other things you can eat are nuts. They have reasonably high levels of iron and are generally good for your health.

hello. Try a relaxing hot or cold drink of malunggay (moringa) herb tea, taken from malunggay tree which is perhaps the most nutritious plant on earth! I contains vitamins and minerals like calcium and iron. Its vitamin A is 4 times more than carrots, its vitamin C is 7 times more than oranges, 3 times more potassium than bananas, 3 times more iron than spinach, etc. It can help prevent cancer and many other ailments, normalize blood pressure among heart patients and blood sugar among diabetics. And its cheap.
