Anarchism is the belief that people should govern themselves democratically and not be subject to a hierarchical system of rule. In other words, we should choose through consensus what needs to be done and who should be doing it.
Unlike what we have at the moment which is the choice of stooges from the old boys' club that aren't interested in our welfare, just in making their paymasters richer.
Morality isn't an issue. Anarchism is based on democracy. In a true democracy you have an open forum to reach agreement on a course of action.
It's a bit like asking about the morality of breathing.
The only historical instance of a large-scale anarchist society happened in the Spanish civil War. It was pretty successful until Franco got the Nazis to participate in war crimes against them and the communists decided they wanted all the cake for themselves.
The Western world is dotted with little anarchist social groupings. And the wider world is full of societies which have strong parallels to anarchism.
Anyone who tells you that anarchism means "no rules" is woefully misinformed.
