How will the writers strike effect Heros. Is it already filmed and written?

According to what I heard the season will end early if the strike is not resolved. I think 3 episodes left. That last episode has 2 endings taped one a cliffhanger season finale and the other one a continuation of season for more episodes. Depending on when strikes end that will determine which ending to episode is shown.
