pogo help

Hi all my fellow pogo gamers. I have been having a problem with the games after they load. Once they load all I see is an aray of colors but yet when I move the mouse over the chat area it goes away and I see the game but if I go to play the game the colors come back. Has anyone else had this problem?

It could be your computer. I've never had that problem there. In other cases it could be the game itself. You may want to try opening Pogo in another browser and see if the same things happen, sometimes other browsers will make it better. I've done that and more times than not, it works. I have tried it on all 3 of my computers and the same thing happens, I have windows XP and vista. it is with stellar sweeper

Have you tried Firfox? That is how I fixed many of my "pogo problems".

I have never had this problem on my computer so I'm not really sure. I have noticed that I had other problems with Internet explorer like really bad lag, getting booted in the middle of a game or freezing, etc so I switched to Firefox and I haven't had a problem since!

thank you but firefox wouldnt work either. I did however figure it out all I had to do was update Java and that fixed the problem. Thanks for all your help.

have you tried to do updates with your graphics in windows or the Java. also try to go to pogo tech support and see where that takes you.
