Flea Markets...Do You Buy Things There? Have You Ever Sold At a Flea Market?

I was wondering how many people regularly visit flea markets? Do you visit them to buy things or do you go to sell things? We do nothave alot of money so we often don't visit flea markets because you have to pay just to get in, and we rarely have any money to buy anything, so it's pointless, but I have been considering going as a seller sometime. I don't think that the tables are all that expensive, but with Sunday shopping everywhere in Canada now, I don't know if many people shop at flea markets anymore, and I don't want to waste my Sunday sitting there if I won't be able to sell anything. If I went I would sell hand-made jewellery, crafts, and a few household items we have laying around that we need to get rid of.

I can only suggest that you pay a visit to a market and see how many tables are set up, how many people are out and about... Or if you live in a built up area where you have a little garden in front, set up a garage sale . And if you dont have a garden in front of your house then I am sure that you know someone who does that would probably set up with you. :-)

Well I aksed around and it sounds like quite a few people around here still go to the flea markets, so I will have to try my hand at it whenever I get the chance. I can't drive and even if I could we only have one car, so I can only get places when me husband isn't working.

I dont go to flea markets too much. I like them once in a while though. Summer time is a big time for flea markets around here. We have a place not to far from us called Trader Jacks. It's a huge lot where people set up their tables and sell their stuff. Then they have a building too and there are more people in there selling stuff. I've gotten a few cool things from there before.
