I'm Have a BAAAAD Day at Work!!

OMG! I am having the worst day at work. Everything I have touched today at work has been screwed up. I just want to scream the 'F' word really, REALLY loud. My boss has been very cool (I mean icy) about it, though, which I'd rather, instead of her snapping at me. Every single thing I have worked on today, she has had to give back to me (at least once!) to fix my mistakes. I don't know what's wrong with me. I have been at this job since January, and I couldn't ask for a better job, as long as I work for someone else, anyway. But I just can't get my crap together today. 5:00 can't come fast enough! It's a good thing I don't drink, or I'd be getting REALLY drunk tonight!!

I think we have all had days like that at one time or another. The best thing is to take your time breath deeply and do as you are already doing, waiting for 5 o'clock to come.

I completely agree with you! I know I have those kinds of days at work and I just can't wait to clock out and go home. I am always glad to see the end of the day get there. Just remember that tomorrow is another day and things will get better!!

Thank you for you response. The next day was 100% better! I'm just glad my boss isn't moody and grouchy the same time as me! lol. I think I'd have beat me with the 3-Hole punch, if I wa her!! lol.

I am so sorry! I too have had days (sometimes weeks) like that and I can totally sympathize! Go home and soak in a hot bath and sip some warm tea and relax!
