i'v just started with the pay to click sites and wanted to know the best for pay outs and the best pay per click and how high is to high to be paid for the ones that are scams how do you tell ?

I just joined this group .I think geting payment is sendary here.in my oipion,the most important one is learning my English well.of course,i hope not there are some scams...

how do you tell if they are scam?? If they promise too much monye. If you want look for some in my profile i have it in my blog.
