If split ends are a problem between regular trims, you should take matters into your own hands. Just grab a pair of sharp scissors and trim out the split ends only. That will help tidy up the look of your hair. Also, condition all the time! A leave in conditioner will also help prevent split ends. Avoid blow dryers, and brushing/combing your hair while wet. Using a silk/satin pillow case to sleep on at night will also help prevent all the wear while sleeping. As well as wearing your hair in a manageable style at bedtime.

Have you ever tried the hair oil called KEO KARPIN? If not try it once, to get long shiny and healthy hair.

Less is more. Dont use a blow dryer/curling iron or gels/hair sprays. They damage your hair. Dont wash your hair in really hot water either. It can damage the ends. Dont brush all the time either. You pull on the hairs and cause damage. Brush 2 times a day. Your hair only needs to be washed every other day. Try this. Wash every other day, air dry, no styling products, brush 2 times a day. I do this with my hair and I have never had split ends. Also try a damage repair shampoo like suave. Repairs the damage for healthier hair.

Well, you could use another shampoo because sometimes shampoo is the one causing split ends. Also use shampoo every other day and do not forget to use conditioner. everyday using of shampoo causes hair to dry. Also you can avoid hair blow dryer. it will also dry your hair. I hope this would help.

yes you are perfectly right..!
I used a garnier long fructis shampoo previous month and they just doesn't seem to suit my hairs at all..!
they made my hair rough, thin and weak..!!
They lost their texture and shine..!
GOD I regret why I used that shampoo...!!
